Annual membership services
Procurement requirement preparation
Within the four annual assisted-service sessions, each covering one category or defined task: organize specifications, quantities, budget, lead time, destination and required certifications/documentation.
Candidate supplier screening
Four sessions per year, one per quarter; up to three candidate suppliers per session with information sources and matching explanations. If fewer are available, report the search outcome and agree scope changes or additional work.
Quotation comparison and communication
Within screening scope: comparison tables, assistance collecting available quotations and supplier contact. Compare price, MOQ and lead time. The number of quotations and responses depends on suppliers’ actual feedback.
Samples and progress coordination
One follow-up report after each screening session, recording sample, lead-time or communication progress. Inspection execution, on-site management and additional negotiations are separately commissioned.
Procurement requirement publication
Up to five requirements per month, with relevant companies notified by industry. If there is no response, report that outcome; a company list is not a substitute for procurement responses.
Chinese–English machine translation
100 translations per month for members and 20 for free accounts, each up to 1,000 source characters. Customers confirm commercial expressions. Human translation of technical material, drawings and contracts is commissioned separately.
Procurement intelligence and product information
Weekly industry briefings and monthly product updates selected for the procurement industry and market, with traceable sources and dates for the purchasing team to verify.
Key exhibition information
Monthly key-exhibition updates for supplier appointments and procurement travel planning. Dates and registration follow organizers’ latest announcements. On-site execution is commissioned separately.
Procurement training and questions
One group training/Q&A session per month, 12 per year, covering enquiries, supplier comparison, samples, lead times and logistics basics.
Business groups and supply-demand activities
Join reviewed industry groups and attend one supply-demand event per quarter. Requirements are verified and appropriately authorized before matching; contact details are shared as needed for the business task.

A practical 90-day roadmap
Weeks 1–2: define procurement
Provide specifications, quantities, budget, destination, lead times and required certifications.
Weeks 3–4: compare candidates
Review supplier information, collect available quotations and ask follow-up questions.
Month 2: decide on samples and inspections
Decide whether to commission samples, testing or factory inspections; execution requires separate orders.
Month 3: confirm transaction arrangements
Agree contracts, payment and delivery conditions and summarize progress and next tasks.
This is general action guidance. Companies make their own business and procurement decisions. Dedicated guidance follows the separately purchased scope; progress depends on product complexity, supplier feedback and both parties’ decisions.
Frequently asked questions
Are enquiries, supplier responses or transactions guaranteed?
Delivery is based on agreed actions and records, without minimum enquiries, traffic, quotation responses or transactions guaranteed. Valid enquiries require verified identity, contact details and matching requirements. Duplicates, promotional messages, company-data collection and group messages are not automatically counted.
Do all memberships have the same benefits?
Suppliers focus on product presentation and procurement matching; sellers on product selection and resale; buyers on procurement collaboration. Sellers and buyers do not automatically receive supplier homepage rotation or DM benefits. Shared benefits are not charged twice for businesses with multiple roles.
Who owns domains, email and accounts?
Customers retain ownership, secure their passwords and complete identity verification. Third-party providers decide account approvals.
Does company review guarantee quality or transactions?
Information review does not replace sample tests, certification, factory/product inspection or purchase contracts. Transaction parties confirm quality, price, payment and delivery. Escrow or transaction protection requires a separately confirmed mechanism.
What happens if agreed services are not completed?
If non-delivery is attributable to the platform, first agree a remedy deadline in writing. Fees corresponding to still-undelivered services are refunded. Fee allocation, early termination and data export are agreed in the service order.
